Template Modelfile setup for Ollama in the repository with instructions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

When you download a new version you need to create the new files to setup Ollama again. It would be helpful to add to the install guide on how to run the terminal code to get it to work so you don't forget.

Describe the solution you'd like:

I would however love for this to work with Ollama without explicitly having to create the Modelfile and run the terminal command to get it to work. If Ollama can work right of the bat, it will be amazing.

I am happy for the community to discuss how we can make this work.

@MadeInLondon you no longer need to create a Modelfile, Just make sure you are running the latest version also you can set the default context length in your .env.local.
