* feat!: Use `Tracing::pre_configured` from stackable-telemetry

BREAKING: The console log level, file log level and directory variables have been changed

* chore: cargo update && make regenerate-nix

* chore: Update changelog

* chore: Revert stackable-operator crate patch

* chore: Remove unused const

* Apply suggestions from code review
