Build the deck from YAML properties with several files

Hi !
I need to create a deck to learn plants for herbology. I have a note for each plant with #herbe and I use YAML properties. I'd like to have cards for each plants (so each note), asking for some informations on the properties : "Nature", "Saveur", "Actions".
I use the tag #herbe to build the flashcards, but I don't understand how to select the properties to show or to hide, ie. I'm note interested to have question about "Posologie", "Aliases", empty ones.
Can someone help me ?
