Simplify Beacon interface

We could simplify Beacon interface to make its methods a bit more consistent with each other (and shorter as well) by removing unnecessary Get prefix, see #2145 (comment) for details

Couple of notes:

• I think we can rename it to Network interface since it's in package beacon
• there is also something called BeaconNetwork interface, do we still need it ?
