Torchlight !say conflicts with admin commands when admin

!say test is working with torchlight but also makes an all message. This should be disabled for admins and donated admin or a least not working with torchlight. An lsa was warning a donated admin that he would be removed if he used !say test

While !sayen test is the torchlight version with the same voice.

What's the last approach for this? The core sourcemod commands should not be touched in order to make torchlight !say command work
In my opinion, I agree with what rushaway said, to force the usage of !say{language}
I will make a PR as soon as possible to enforce this change
