Exit code for "files changed"?

Is there a way to tell if sqlc generate made any changes? We'd like to hook this up to CI so that we get a test failure if e.g. a migration is added and someone forgot to run sqlc generate.

Other tools like prettier have https://prettier.io/docs/en/cli.html#--list-different for example, is there something like that for sqlc that I'm missing?
