  1. Define a BQ table with BIGNUMERIC column
  2. Add a Scala class that is sourced by this BQ definition for a storage API:
@BigQueryType.fromStorage("....")
  class Foo
  1. Compile. It will fail with "assertion failed" here because the block for decimal logical type does not expect bignumeric parameters
