Supporting open source maintainers is more than investing in economic sustainability, but supporting mentally, especially during challenging times. We keep connected with supporters — it's a great way to keep your head out of a vacuum and get a second opinion from users. We aim to provide A+ class support over "issues" tickets and invest time into A+ documentation. In cooperation with fellow developers, we strive to cover all open tickets within two working days.

We use contributed funds to cover test servers, demo websites, and time-based development expenses. With sufficient financing, we would hire moderators and tech writers to keep pace with support-related tasks.
