[Enhancement] Option to disable Push Confirm-Message #19

I find it annoying to always need to confirm a push with the confirm message that shows up when hitting push.
Is it perhaps possible to add an option in the settings to disable this confirm? (The default value could still be that the confirm shows up, but just so the user has the option)

Could also be applied to the other Buttons, like Pull.
