spike init --no-recovery
spike init normally dumps recovery material to user's home directory.
spike init
with --no-recovery flag, that option will be skipped.
--no-recovery
This would mean that the only recovery option would be to keep adequate number of SPIKE Keeper instances.
So we should inform the user about the consequences of such an action too.
