FGM spin axis recovery for 2024-2025

Adrian P has already sent an email with updates for 2024 and 2025. We need to make sure this task gets assigned to somebody.

The first batch of 2025 *.sav files wouldn't open in IDL (apparently they were generated in Python). Adrian is going to regenerate them.
