chore: agent instruction files (#822)
small QOL. In order to ensure multiple coding agents are supported well creates a AGENTS.md and GEMINI.md file that is symlinked to CLAUDE.md. Keeping CLAUDE.md as the source given that seems to be the most prevailing coding agent right now.
