[Bug]: DNA Search - subsearches not working

Bug description

The "Individual Number" and "Sample Number" search fields within the Search results are not generating any results.

Steps to reproduce

1. DNA Search
2. Mito Seq Number -> 13
3. Type in a value in the "Sample Number" field
4. Hit enter
5. It looks like it's thinking, but the results don't change

This search is working under a "Bone" search, but is not functional on a "DNA" search.
