Issue JP-3898 was created on JIRA by Melanie Clarke:

Readthedocs currently includes a page about a deprecation for the CRDS pub server, no longer in use:

https://jwst-pipeline.readthedocs.io/en/latest/jwst/user_documentation/pub_deprecation.html

From the text there, it looks like this transition was completed in 2023. Can we remove this page now?
