Currently good_bits in the resample step is hard-coded and cannot be adjusted programmatically:

jwst/jwst/resample/resample_step.py

Line 19 in 8f72c70

GOOD_BITS = '~DO_NOT_USE+NON_SCIENCE'

Can we add good_bits step argument to resample just like in outlier_detection step?
