Add the option to change the placement of a song

Since I think that it's gonna be a very helpful solution, I think it's best to add it. It basically adds the ability for the user to change the position of the song in his playlist, by this I mean for example, there are 5 songs and you want song No4 to be the first displayed on this list, so when you hold the song instead of only giving options for deletion and add to playlist, separate buttons should appear next to the songs so that you can change their positions and place the 3rd song as the last and ect.

This issue made me realized I accidentaly remove the icon in the queue to reorder tracks, tho it's already coded I just need to add back an icon 😭

Ha. But just to clarify I mean like overall not only for queue (like when u open the app and u see all the songs, you hold one and get the option to change position) that's just in case you misunderstood something 'cause who knows.
