Prioritize Play button in responsive design

The ability to restart an existing entry disappears when the window reaches phone-esque dimensions as it seems Project/Task/Description take precedent over the start button.

I think it would be more advantageous for the description + play button fields to be prioritized, so that users can still quickly interact w/ existing options w/o having to expand the window.
