Too many ontologies are shown in the trait tab in the wizard

GO, PO, and other, trait-unrelated ontologies are shown in the wizard. The wizard should only show the ontologies listed as trait ontologies in the cvprop table.

Does the definition for the public.traits view in the database include the join to the cvprop table? I think ours may have been missing that join for some reason and re-running the DB patch 195 fixed it. I'm not sure why it would be missing, since all of the patches that update the traits view include it.

Thank you for the info. Indeed it looks like later dbpatches overwrite the public.traits table with an incorrect query. The best would probably be to copy the 00195 patch to a new number and new name so that it is automatically re-run and fixes this issue on systems. What do you think?

I think that makes sense - it would just force each DB to rebuild that view.
