Make It Obvious That Students Can Resubmit

Description

For whatever reason, we've had lots of students asking: "I accidentally submitted early... Can I resubmit?"

I'm not sure what adjustments we can make to the presentation of the information in the AutoGrader, or if we additional information in the instruction repo will do the trick, but there must be something we can do to help them understand that they can resubmit without manual intervention.

Perhaps a message could be displayed underneath the score the AutoGrader gives to them saying the student can still resubmit if they don't get full points.
