更高版本的jdk，废弃了一些jraft中正在使用的api，需要重构代码以放弃对这些api的使用。

过去我们在这里讨论过，升级jdk的必要性。#1070

我收集了一些需要改动地方，并且拆分成更细的任务。

  1. API替换: sun.misc.Unsafe
  1. API替换: sun.nio.ch
  • com.alipay.sofa.jraft.storage.log.SegmentFile
  1. 版本升级: asm、netty
  2. 可能存在的问题：MappedByteBuffer
