v1.12.2: Update submodules, fixes Bintray upload

This release fixes an issue with dlsnode uploading to dhtnode's repository. Additionally, Ocean was updated from v4.3.5 to v4.4.1, Swarm from v5.2.1 to v5.2.3 and dlsproto from v14.1.2 to v14.2.0.
