staat klaar, net als H7, met lelijke layout

verbeteringen:

5 tabellen maken zoals in doc
tabellen steeds in lichtgrijs (#E5E5E5) zetten en de linkse titels in vet zetten
onderaan twee titels (zonder nummering) naast elkaar zetten: links 'Ga terug naar hoofdstuk 7' (et url achter) en rechts 'Ga naar hoofdstuk 9' (met url achter)
