[Suggestion] Fast/Fancy graphics option?

Describe the solution you'd like

Bedrock and Java editions has an option to change graphics settings into Fast/Fancy, but the LCE fork doesn't have this feature to change graphics settings into Fast/Fancy because it has been unused inside this code and there's no option to change the graphics settings!

I would like to see if it's actually re-enabled this feature in the Legacy Console Edition fork.

It’s actually unused inside the code! Someone has made a pr reenabling this feature, along with vsync, but I’m not gonna link it because I don’t feel like scrolling.
