Currently, the assistant has no way to set the volume to a specific percentage. It also cannot see what percentage the volume is currently at. As long as I have a way to know what the current volume is, I can have the assistant press volume up and volume down until the volume is close enough to its target. But I have not found a way to set the volume to a specific percentage or get the current volume on windows yet. For some reason, this seems annoyingly complicated, and I have not seen any simple solutions yet.
