cannot start application

When I am installing on windows 11 the app it says it cannot start the application. If I click details, it gives me an error

thanks for helping me! I don't understand what goes wrong... When it start for the install it says that the publisher cant be verified but i press install either way. It starts the download and when it finishesd downloading all appears that message
