中文版章节和原始文档不一致 #3

因为中文版多加了一个翻译说明，造成原始文档的前言成了中文版的第一章，原始文档的第一章成了中文版的第二章，以此类推……

解决方案还没想好。

问题原因已经查清，任何不包含根目录下README.md 的章节，都会加标号。
