How to remove link selection default text?

Want to remove the selected text when trying to add the link instead of selected text it should be empty field to add link.

Like in below screen shot when I tried to add link on sing up process text it pre-selected the text instead of this pre-selected text I need an empty field where user add the link.

It is happening on latest version of Quill.
