Dashboard incorrectly reports that the migration did not succeed

I just migrated a CDP to MCD using the https://migrate.makerdao.com/migration/cdp. The migration went well, but the page claims that the migration was not successful.

If requested, I will provide details of CDP IDs and transaction IDs privately.
