I'm not entirely sure what you're asking I think you're referring to the phone app. To my knowledge, it's still in the IOS app store and should let you add new bulbs to your hub. If you have bulbs that were previously joined to a different hub, you will need to reset them so they can join a new one. On the other hand. The application in this repo is a web application that needs to be installed on a local webserver. You can do that on a cheap device like a raspberry pi or even Apache on Windows or Mac. Its purpose is to replace the webserver that used to be on the hub itself. Additionally, it provides an interface for a Home Automation hub like Home Assistant to control the bulbs using the MQTT protocol. |

So the app was working fine for my existing bulbs, and I found more to add to my system. They did not connect. I tried to reinstall my app, as I was provided with another hub… no app… so I came here.
Do I apply this code to my hub, my router or an app on my phone? I’m so confused. I am using apple devices, but not apple home kit… I think I need to buy an arduino? Thanks, I have about 15 bulbs now, I guess they can be cheap wattage now
