Web Server - Users will connect to DNSusing website URL. Based on user’s location, the request will be routed to the
specific region. Within the region, the request will be forwarded to VM scaling set via load balancer
which can serve the request. In case of region failover, the user would be routed to the nearest region.
Cosmos DB will provide all data required for website functioning.
