Coordinate precision is low for some SVG files, import with obvious artifacts

Coordinate precision is lower than needed when importing high precision SVG files, import produces obvious artifacts in some cases.
Coordinate precision has to be higher in order to open those files correctly. Ideally this number should be exposed as a user option in preferences.
