Using RV-Debugger with tang console

Is RV-Debugger compatible with Tang Console 60k ? For JTAG fpga programming and debug.

GOWIN programmer failed whatever version is used. OpenFPGALoader even fails to detect RV-Debugger with --scan-usb and any other command.

What is the right hardware and configuration to program and debug fpga with Tang Console 60k ?

I would also like to know this - I want to add the Tang 60k module to a board and program it with the RV-debugger. So far I've not managed to get this to work through openFPGA loader. There are some posts that it doesn't work but no explanation why. Is there a fundamental problem that requires the BL616 instead of the BL702 for the GW5A chips?
