Add middle_name field to Users table

Could we please add an optional middle_name column to the Users table and include it in the corresponding entity property?

The middle name has been added to the user table, and the migration scripts have been updated 🙂.
These changes are already available in the release/v6.0.4 branch.
The administration website has also been updated to display this new field.

After updating to version 6.04, a problem occurs when Middlename is not provided.

Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.DbUpdateException: An error occurred while saving the entity changes. See the inner exception for details.
---> Npgsql.PostgresException (0x80004005): 23502: NULL value in column "Value" of relation "UserClaims" violates NOT NULL constraint

Additional Problem:
There's also an issue with FirstName - the user update request doesn't include a FirstName field, and the Name field from the request now updates the Name field in the database entity instead.
