Notifications: 1. read all and 2. back to list after delete

Notifications icon top right.

1. There should be a read all button
2. Then I click "more" and the read the notification and I delete it, I should go back to the LIST of all notifications and not the homepage otherwise I need to close the green bubble and search for the list again to get back to deleting the all.
