How can we tail some additional files from pods to the splunk.

Hi Team,

As we have an option in default values.yaml https://github.com/signalfx/splunk-otel-collector-chart/blob/main/helm-charts/splunk-otel-collector/values.yaml to tail Files on k8s nodes how can we achieve the same for sending files from additional paths on pod say for eg /app/logs/

I tried using extraFileLogs: {} and volumemount but that does not work on pod level

Tried this approach to https://docs.splunk.com/observability/en/gdi/opentelemetry/components/filelog-receiver.html

filelog/test-log:
include:
- /var/logs/test/test.log
include_file_name: false
include_file_path: true
start_at: end

It gives below logs
warn fileconsumer/file.go:54 no files match the configured include patterns {"kind": "receiver", "name": "filelog/test-log", "data_type": "logs", "component": "fileconsumer", "include": ["/var/logs/test/test.log"], "exclude": []}

even though the pod has this file.

Can someone help me with the issue
