Using ffmpeg-bar spawns two ffmpeg processes effectively doubling the resource usage (CPU & GPU).
My command: ffmpeg-bar -y -hwaccel cuda -i "$file" -vcodec hevc_nvenc -c:a copy -spatial_aq 1 "$outfile"
