Know if a HTP is on the table or not

I don't know if you have already implemented this functionnality but that would be very useful to know if a HTP is on the table or not.

This functionality is not implemented. The reason is that sometimes the INPUT_API is not able to recognise a glyph or a bytetag even when the device is on the table.

I will give this a low priority in my list, but this is something that must be addressed at some point.
