Включить performance режим CPU:

sudo apt-get install cpufrequtils -y &&\
echo 'GOVERNOR="performance"' | sudo tee /etc/default/cpufrequtils &&\
sudo systemctl disable ondemand &&\
echo performance | sudo tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor

Проверить синхронизируется ли время в timedatectl. Если нет, то фейлим весь деплой.
