insert_order增加支持同步下单 #451

需求场景：
1.为了尽快下单，以减小滑点，减少执行insert_order到真正发出下单请求的延时；
2.下单后还需求记录下单时的现场数据，比如需要同步到数据库，且期望在下单请求发送后再做此类事情，避免延迟下单；

因此，支持同步下单是否有一定的价值？
