I get this problem on MacOS Big Sur

Unhandled exception:
ProcessException: No such file or directory
  Command: dart2native ./lib/pubspec_updater.dart -p ./.packages -o ./build/pubspec_updater

Replace:

with:

return Process.run('dart', [
    'compile',
    'exe',
