unable to add device

I deleted this integration when it was no longer working due to updating home assistant earlier this year.
Added some new entities via modbus manually to view battery soc etc.

Now I want to add it again, as it seems to be updated to the new HA core, but I get an error saying "already configured" when trying to add host.

I have no victron devices in HA. I have removed my manual modbus pull. But I do have some entities from the last time I had this victron integration installed. It doesnt look like its possible to delete them?

Any idea how to start "fresh" with the victron integration and add the GX device again?
