Add new ESS-Feature-Settung for Peak-Shaving

Please add new ESS-Feature-Settung for Peak-Shaving.

This is a great feature and helps a lot!
For Example, my Grid is limited to 20A, so i need this feature
to automatically decrease charging of the battery if any other device needs power, such as the EV-Car.
This even helps me so equal phases, so i can charge an 1-Phase EV Car with 32 Amps, and the Victron System
exports power on this phase to keep it below 20A.
So I need to be able to manually change the peak-shaving-limit and i need to be able to check, if the limit is set so a correct value.
