Query from verse to end of chapter.

Might it be possible to add the ability to query from a specific verse to the end of a chapter? It would be helpful to be able to write "Rom. 7:14-end" rather than having to look up that Romans 7 has 25 verses and write "Rom. 7:14-25."
Use case: I'm working with a lectionary that will often give citations such as Rom. 7:14-end.
