Please add to the Kubernetes Topology Labels section the following: "The providerID is immutable and has the format proxmox://$REGION/$VMID, it cannot be changed after the first update."

Not a bug, but adding this to the readme may help someone to avoid a few kubeadm reset on worker nodes :) Personally I got a hint in #301 to look at https://github.com/sergelogvinov/proxmox-cloud-controller-manager/blob/main/docs/install.md#troubleshooting
