If helix-editor/helix#12821 is fixed, we could generate the queries into the workspace runtime directory. This is just a little cleaner than spamming the user config directory. However, we should wait until a version of Helix that supports this is actually widely available (check various package managers), to minimize the risk of someone with an outdated Helix version losing syntax highlighting.

One thing to note is that some people may build Helix from source and create a symlink from their user config directory into the Helix repository, as suggested in the documentation. In that case, ec2hx will generate the runtime files into the Helix repository... not very nice.
