Valid flowchart code works in browser demo, but mangled on terminal #39

Valid flowchart input file results in (large/scrollable) SVG on URL (flowchart.js.org) but when run in MacOS terminal via diagrams flowchart input output, results in mangled SVG output when opened via Chrome/FFX. Is this a PEBCAK issue?

Using Chrome File|Open, preview shows

...only upper left (i.e. NW) quadrant of which shows in browser, and is not scrollable.

(Also, the preview does not look like/render as it does on the above-mentioned demo site)
