Feature request - add option to not perform stress testing

Stress testing takes a long time and therefore it may not be desired to perform this task (prime95). In the configuration file, have 3 options for perform_stress_test=

1. yes - perform stress tests without asking
2. ask - ask the user at run time if they want to do the stress test
3. no - don't perform the stress test
