Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When looking at the data it would be useful to be able to summarise some metrics (i.e notifications) with a sum.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a stat = "sum" option to summarise_tb_burden and feed through to plot_tb_burden_summary
