It will be easier to do after I finish retry policy, which requires changes in receiving Error messages from Scylla.
I suggest to wait for this PR first.

transport: pool: connection reopening improvement

Refiller now doesn't try to open connection to those shards which returned Authentication error (https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/doc/native_protocol_v4.spec#L1056-L1059) when it tried to connect to them.
