Is there a way to combine CITE-seq data with non-CITE-seq data?

For instance I have 4 CITE-seq datasets. I concatenate the rna and protein of each separately and then integrate everything together. This works fine. However, I have 18 other RNA-only datasets that I would like to combine with my CITE-seq datasets so that I can analyze them together.

Any thoughts on how I can do this?
